**Job Summary**

Meridian Business Support Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Support Manager to join our team. As a Regional Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients across the region, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide support to clients across the region, including conducting site visits and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business strategies that meet client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

**Requirements:**

  • Must be a qualified nurse with a valid NMC registration (RGN/RMN).
  • Hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of £50,000 per annum.
  • A £5,000 car allowance.
  • Mileage paid.
