Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Associate to join our UKI Rail Infrastructure Strategy and Business Development team. As the first point of contact for our Heads of Bids, Sales and Strategy, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Heads of Bids, Sales and Strategy, including diary management, email correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Manage travel arrangements, expenses, and timesheets for the team.
  • Organize meetings, events, and workshops, ensuring seamless logistics and communication.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven administrative experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional support.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • A strong team player with a customer-focused approach.
