About the Job:

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Patient Access Officer Specialist in a leading healthcare organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient pathways and providing administrative support to consultants and other parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on hospital databases
  • Pre-register or register patients onto HCA databases, ensuring timely and efficient processing
  • Verify and sign patient documents, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to telephone, written, and face-to-face queries
  • Utilize Microsoft Office – Excel skills to analyze and present data
