A skilled SEN Teaching Assistant is required to support children with complex needs in a resource base provision at a Primary School in Central East Birmingham.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching assistantship, with Level 2 or 3 qualifications and previous experience working in a UK school. They must also hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate and provide two professional child-related references.

This is a full-time position, starting in January 2025 and continuing for the rest of the academic year. The minimum rate of pay is £86.40 per day, and hours are from 8:20 am to 4pm (full day). In addition to a competitive salary, we offer accredited continued professional development courses including safeguarding and behaviour management.

Job Description
