Healthcare Communications Specialist

We are seeking a talented and motivated Analyst/Medical Writer to join our team at Costello Medical. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful launch of novel therapies and devices across a wide range of disease areas.
Responsibilities- Work on projects that involve the detailed analysis and presentation of data from clinical trials
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging scientific documents, including posters, slide sets, reports, and peer-reviewed publications
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality outputs
- Conduct literature reviews, analyze data, and create evidence-based narratives to support the development of global materials
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines
- Undergraduate degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry, pharmacy, medicine)
- Experience in planning and writing scientific documents, including lab reports, dissertations, and peer-reviewed publications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor communication style to different audiences
- A competitive starting salary of £39,000
- A discretionary profit share bonus paid twice per year
- 25 days' annual leave plus bank and public holidays
