Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Nurse to join our Cambridge East and South City Nursing Team. As a Community Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes or residential settings.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in the community, be educated to RGN level, and demonstrate a commitment to high-quality care and service provision. You will work flexibly as part of a team, assess and formulate care plans, teach and support student nurses, and possess enhanced communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide a high standard of care to patients in their own homes or residential settings.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective care plans.
  • To educate and support student nurses and integrated care workers within your team.
  • To participate in continuous professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
