Role Overview:

Tower Hamlets Council Pension Fund is committed to providing high-quality education services to our community. We are seeking an Inclusion Expert to join our Behaviour Support Team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide behaviour support services to schools in Tower Hamlets, working closely with teaching staff to develop effective strategies for supporting students with SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Behaviour Support

  • Work with schools to identify and implement effective behaviour management strategies.

SEMH Expertise

  • Provide guidance on SEMH assessments and strategies.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Develop strong relationships with teaching staff to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements:

A highly skilled Inclusion Expert with experience of working in education settings. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teaching staff.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 per annum
