The London Borough of Tower Hamlets seeks a highly experienced and innovative Inclusion Specialist to join its Behaviour Support Team.

This role involves working closely with schools at all levels, providing expert support for a range of SEMH needs from whole school policy development to individual diagnostic assessments.

The team provides core support for children with Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and helps schools improve inclusive practice through various interventions in their traded offer.

As an Inclusion Specialist, you will be responsible for bringing your expertise and passion to this specialist teaching team, working collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.

This post includes a travel allowance and is based on a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination. The borough employs a diverse workforce representative of various groups.

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications).
