Job Title: Assistant Commercial Manager

LDNY People is seeking an experienced Assistant Commercial Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial and contractual matters of fit out and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in controlling commercial and contractual matters of fit out and refurbishment projects.
  • Work alongside the project manager and wider team to ensure profitable and successful projects.
  • Deliver successful projects commercially and develop positive relationships to enhance our reputation.
  • Help build a positive legacy and working culture.
  • Assist in producing necessary documents for prompt costing of change, secure instructions, and maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Generate and maintain relevant records, accurate filing, and support for all commercial functions.
  • Assist in preparation of valuations, cashflows, and forecast final accounts.
  • Assist in ensuring cost control within projects, including preliminary expenditure.
  • Assist in preparing robust subcontractor orders for the supply chain.
  • Produce fortnightly cashflows for each project.
  • Undertake relevant training as required by our business.
  • Monitor the supply chain's performance and protect the business from disputes.
