Job Title: Assistant Commercial Manager

LDNY People is seeking an experienced Assistant Commercial Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial and contractual matters of fit out and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of valuations, cashflows, and forecast final accounts.
  • Monitor the supply chain's performance and protect the business from disputes.
  • Undertake relevant training as required by our business.
  • Assist in producing fortnightly cashflows which are submitted for each project.
  • Help build a positive legacy and working culture.
  • Assist in ensuring cost control within projects including preliminary expenditure.
  • Assist in preparing robust subcontractor orders are awarded to the supply chain.
  • Generate and maintain relevant records, accurate filing and support for all commercial functions.
Requirements:
  • Personal skills: organisational, solution driven, openminded, negotiating skills, positive pragmatic approach, initiative-taking, collaborator, quality focussed, innovative and enthusiastic.
