Sales Performance Executive - Oxford Projects Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Performance Executive to join our team in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service throughout the home-buying process.

About You: You have a proven track record in sales and possess excellent communication skills. Ideally, you should be proficient in Mandarin, and it would be a bonus if you can also speak Cantonese.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve sales targets by securing reservations, exchanges, and completions.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales progress.
  3. Promote sales opportunities through effective negotiation and customer engagement.
  4. Maintain high standards in the presentation of properties, including show homes and sales areas.
  5. Provide excellent customer service, resolving any complaints and ensuring a smooth buying experience.
  6. Collaborate with mortgage brokers, solicitors, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Contribute to marketing events, launches, and promotional activities.
  8. Support and develop other Sales Executives in the office, promoting high performance and adherence to company standards.

Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, along with additional benefits.
