Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
About the Role:
This role involves managing sales areas to the highest standard and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the home-buying process. In this role, you will be responsible for securing reservations, contract exchanges, and legal completions of new homes in line with company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by securing reservations, exchanges, and completions.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales progress.
- Maximise sales opportunities through effective negotiation and customer engagement.
- Ensure properties are presented to the highest standard, including show homes and sales areas.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving any complaints and ensuring a smooth buying experience.
- Liaise with mortgage brokers, solicitors, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with marketing events, launches, and promotional activities.
- Support and develop other Sales Executives in the office, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
Success Measures:
- Achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction in line with the company's Customer Journey.
- Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintaining exemplary standards in sales areas and supporting marketing efforts.
The estimated salary range for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
