We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our company founder and CEO. This role requires exceptional administrative and communication skills, as it involves supporting a high-profile individual across various commitments.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing all diary and appointment scheduling for both private and company accounts.
  • Handling invoicing following speaking engagements and managing communications across various platforms.
  • Organising complex and ever-changing travel plans both nationally and internationally.
  • Maintaining up-to-date management of the individual's website and social media accounts.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with a professional telephone manner.
  • Experience working closely with senior executives and managing complex administrative tasks.

This is a part-time position (3/5 of the working week) with a salary of £24,000 per annum. Based in Abingdon, OX14, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with a leading figure in the scientific and business communities.
