Job Title: Care Home Manager Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Home Manager to join our team at Advinia Care Homes Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a caring and motivated team to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of staff to ensure we have the right people in the right roles.
  • Work closely with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure we are providing the best possible care.
  • Manage and work towards budgets to ensure the financial sustainability of the home.
