Job Description:

This exciting opportunity exists for a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Associate to join our Central Reservations team based at 1 London Bridge.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to patients, consultants, and other third parties, ensuring seamless patient pathways.
  2. Accurately pre-register patients across all facilities, maintaining up-to-date records in HCA databases.
  3. Transcribe financial details into Meditech during pre-registration, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  4. Receive and scan all correspondence onto accounts under the correct Meditech Form, including letters of guarantee, booking forms, clinic letters, medical reports, consultant fees, and pre-authorisation.
  5. Respond to telephone, written, and face-to-face queries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements and Benefits:
