The role involves supporting disabled children, parents, carers, and siblings, as well as carrying out relevant assessments and complex safeguarding risk assessments. The ideal candidate will have post-qualifying experience working as an Integrated Pathways Social Worker within the UK Social Care industry, be HCPC registered, and have 1-2 years of post-qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with disabled children
- Support parents, carers, and siblings of disabled children
- Carry out relevant assessments
- Conduct complex safeguarding risk assessments
- Work in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Deliver Short Breaks work
Estimated Salary: £45,000 per annum
