About the Opportunity

Chemigraphic Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Global Business Growth Manager to join our commercial team. This permanent role will report directly to the Chief Customer Officer and presents an exciting opportunity for professional growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in business development, with a strong background in sales strategy and pipeline management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications is essential, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong relationship-building abilities, negotiation experience, and influencing skills are also highly valued.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on factors such as experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage and lead business development activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Pipeline management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing targets and driving momentum to achieve target goals.
  • Market strategy: Develop and execute regional market strategies, identifying internal and external factors that shape the market and evaluating their impact on our value proposition.
  • Sector knowledge: Possess expertise in sectors such as Medical, High-End Industrial, Space, or Cyber-Security.
Requirements
  • Five years of related experience, with EMS being an advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt to different cultures.
  • Negotiation experience.
  • Exceptional influencing skills.
  • Experience working in a small global team with rapid growth plans.
  • Ability to lead without direct authority.
  • Educational background in business, marketing, or finance.
