Job Title: Young Children's Learning Manager

About Us: Nova Talent Solutions is a leading provider of early childhood education solutions. We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead our London-based nursery.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Company Overview: Our nursery provides a warm and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow. We are committed to delivering high-quality childcare services that meet the needs of our children and families.

Salary: The salary for this role will depend on your level of experience and qualifications. However, we estimate it to be around £45,000 per year.

Job Description:

Nursery Management Role

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and purposeful environment for children to learn and develop. You will ensure that all children receive high-quality care and education that meets their individual needs.

You will work closely with our team of staff to deliver a range of activities and experiences that promote learning and development. This may include planning and implementing educational programs, monitoring children's progress, and communicating with parents and carers.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and accounts relating to children and staff, as well as participating in all activities related to nursery publications, advertising, public relations, and other marketing activities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Understand and implement the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS throughout the nursery.
  2. Embed company policies and procedures, ensuring they are applied and adhered to by all staff.
  3. Facilitate inspections by regulatory bodies and implement any recommendations.
  4. Develop and implement effective key person approaches to enable children to form secure attachments and identify training or development needs for staff.
  5. Ensure all children receive stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources appropriate to their age and stage of development.
  6. Promote a culture of self-evaluation and reflective practice throughout the nursery.
  7. Manage complaints or concerns raised in a thorough and timely manner, informing senior management.
  8. Maintain accurate records and accounts relating to children and staff.
  9. Participate in all activities related to nursery publications, advertising, public relations, and other marketing activities.
Requirements:
  1. Hold a Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification.
  2. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
  3. Have over 1 year of management experience.
  4. Desirable: Experience of successfully passing an Ofsted inspection at a Good or Outstanding level.
