**SEN Early Years Educator Role**

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Early Years Educator to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. Our service focuses on the holistic development of young children, ensuring that motor skills, language, social interaction, and emotional growth are nurtured in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized learning experiences for children with special educational needs
  • Working closely with parents and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes holistic child development

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Proven experience working with young children with SEN in an early years setting
  • Expertise in promoting holistic development, including motor skills, language, and social-emotional learning
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with parents and teams
  • A clear DBS check and legal right to work in the UK
