About the Role
This Part Time Receptionist position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service. As a member of our Front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth check-in process for our guests, handling guest queries and resolving issues efficiently. You'll also work closely with the Front of House Manager to maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should have experience in a similar role or be willing to learn and develop your skills.
