We are seeking an experienced Hotel Front Office Manager to join our team at Britannia Hotels. As a key member of the front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the reception desk.
About the Role:
- Manage and train the front office team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Maximise revenue and minimise loss within the department.
- Ensure all monies, floats, and accounts are managed effectively.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
