Hotel Front Office Manager

Location: Leeds Bradford, UK

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Front Office Manager to join our team at Britannia Hotels. As a key member of the front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the reception desk.

About the Role:

  • Manage and train the front office team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maximise revenue and minimise loss within the department.
  • Ensure all monies, floats, and accounts are managed effectively.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
