About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Front Office Coordinator. You will work closely with the Front of House Manager to ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay. Your main responsibilities will include managing room occupancy, up-selling hotel services and facilities, and providing support to colleagues across all areas of the business.
