Customer Support Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Client Servicing Administration team as a Customer Support Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer requests with efficiency and accuracy, handling financial transactions in a timely manner, and producing high-quality letters and emails that meet our customers' needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with our internal systems to ensure seamless operations. They will also be proficient in maintaining accurate records on our databases and resolving customer queries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer requests with efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle financial transactions in a timely manner.
- Produce high-quality letters and emails that meet our customers' needs.
- Work effectively with our internal systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records on our databases.
- Resolve customer queries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
