Warehouse and 3PL Team Leader Job Description

Freightserve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse and 3PL Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse and third-party logistics (3PL) services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations: Ensure the efficient handling of goods, accurate inventory management, and timely order fulfillment.
  • Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Support: Assist with coordinating and handling 3PL activities, communicate with 3PL providers, and track and report on 3PL performance.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks, report discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, and operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and manage entire warehouse operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
Working Hours:

Core hours: Monday to Friday, 9am. Rotational evening and weekend working may be required.
