Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Warehouse Team: Lead and motivate a team of 8-10 employees in performing warehouse duties, including receiving and storing products, unloading deliveries, and loading shipments.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System, and maintain stock levels to meet customer demands.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive team culture, provide training and development opportunities, and encourage employees to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Customer Service: Ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics is essential.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Current counterbalance forklift license is desirable.

Working Conditions:

  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 13:30 to 22:00.
  • Salary: £32,000 to £36,000 per annum.
