- Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to warehouse staff.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams.
- Oversee air and ocean import/export operations, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Manage logistics warehouse distribution to optimize inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including CAA and Air Export legislations.
- Maintain and manage customs bonded warehouse operations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement and monitor compliance programs and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes and systems.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to improve safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in warehouse management within the logistics, supply chain, or customs bonded industry.
- Extensive knowledge of air and ocean import/export operations.
- Strong understanding of CAA and Air Export legislations and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
