We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a thriving Infant and Preschool setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including academic and emotional support.
Main Responsibilities- Supporting students with SEN in the classroom, in small groups, and individually.
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure the progress and well-being of all students.
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote student engagement and motivation.
This role requires an enhanced DBS check, as safeguarding is a top priority. If you are passionate about supporting young learners and have a flair for working in an educational setting, we would love to hear from you.
Salary: £23,297 per annum (pro rata)
