About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour in school. As part of our team, you will support our students in regulating their behaviours and accessing learning in lessons. Your role will involve working closely with students, teachers, parents, and other staff members to address barriers to learning and contribute to the overall wellbeing and academic success of our school community.



Your Key Responsibilities


  • To work proactively with students, parents, and carers to provide early intervention, support, and guidance
  • To ensure students come to school, stay in lessons, and access learning
  • To build relationships with parents and carers and contribute to the smooth running of the Reflection Room


What We Are Looking For

Candidates must be assertive, calm, and effective communicators, able to make connections across a broad range of support agencies. A good standard of education, including Maths and English to GCSE Grade C or 4 equivalent, is essential.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately £22,583 per annum (pro rata). In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package.
