We are seeking an exceptional Senior User Experience Researcher to join our team, focusing on the German market. As a key member of our user research department, you will play a crucial role in deepening customer understanding and informing product development activities.

About the Role

As a Senior User Experience Researcher, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and carrying out user research activities that provide valuable insights into our customers' desires, pains, needs, and experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop plans for high-impact research that helps us understand our existing and potential customers in the German market.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather data and insights on customer behavior and preferences.
  • Analyze research data and synthesize findings to inform product development decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication of research findings.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to design and implement user-centered solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience research and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior User Experience Researcher who is passionate about understanding customer behavior and preferences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience research, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
