Hotel Service Excellence Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced Hotel Service Excellence Manager to join our team at AccorHotel. As a senior member of our staff, you will be responsible for driving excellence in customer service, leading by example, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Liaise closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Assist in training new team members and provide guidance on best practices for delivering excellent customer service.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with a strong focus on employee engagement and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
