  • Contract Management: Manage our contracts with clients, ensuring that we meet our contractual obligations and identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of our contracts, ensuring that we are meeting our financial targets and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our sites are safe and healthy working environments, complying with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring that we are meeting their needs and expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, implementing changes that will enhance our services and improve our performance.

Person Specification:

  • Education: A good general education is essential, ideally to degree standard but possibly to HND level.
  • Training: Incumbents must be able to demonstrate a career showing continuous personal to date technical knowledge of ACOP's, fire and environmental control measures, building control requirements, and the Health and Safety at Work Act.
  • Experience: Managerial experience at Contract Manager or Senior Supervisor level within the hard services business is essential. Practical experience must include recruitment and line management/supervisory experience.
  • Aptitudes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, numerate and computer literate, good technical knowledge.
  • Character: Excellent motivational and influencing skills, with high levels of personal integrity. Has vision, and able to communicate this effectively. A role model for customer service excellence.

Circumstances:

Incumbents will be required to travel on occasions to support operational delivery and participate in training and business review. Some overnight stays may be needed.
