Business Growth Executive

As a Regional Product Specialist at Mitchell Maguire, you will be responsible for selling fire and smoke control products to tier one main contractors and M&E consultants. The role involves managing relationships with key clients and overseeing the team's bidding process for projects and pricing decisions.
About the Role:
This is a field sales role that requires travel to meet clients across the South East & London region. You will be working closely with our team in Kent to ensure seamless project delivery. In return, we offer an attractive remuneration package including an electric company car, full benefits, and a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 basic + £75,000 OTE & Profit Share.
Responsibilities:
- Sell design, manufacture, and distribution of fire and smoke control products to tier one main contractors and M&E consultants.
- Manage relationships with main contractors, M&E consultants, M&E contractors, and HVAC distributors.
- Win projects and specifications through presentations and relationship-building.
- Oversee team of 10 staff, responsible for bidding for projects and pricing decisions.
Working Patterns:
- Three days a week on the road.
- Two days a week in Kent office.
