We are seeking an experienced Director of People and Operations to join our team at Sullivan Brown Resourcing Partners - HR Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our People and Operations function, driving business growth, and ensuring the success of our clients.
About the Role:
- Lead a high-performing team of Business Partners and Advisors
- Develop and implement strategic plans for People and Operations
- Manage complex employee relations matters and provide guidance to team members and line managers
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and manage relationships with external legal advisors
- Oversee payroll, performance management, progression, compensation cycles, and absence policies
