Regional Operations Director Job Vacancy

Join our esteemed organization, Social Care and Education Jobs, as we seek a highly skilled Regional Operations Director to lead our Northeast Division. This exciting opportunity will see you overseeing services across the region, ensuring the highest standards of care for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality and Governance: Develop and implement strategies to achieve good or outstanding ratings for our services.
  • Operational Support: Provide expert guidance to managers to maintain exceptional standards of care.
  • Financial Management: Lead strategic planning for growth, manage budgets, and ensure financial compliance across all services.
  • People Management: Foster a culture of recognition, retention, and strong values, leading a strong development structure and implementing personal development plans.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing people, budgets, and resources across multiple sites.
  • A strong focus on quality and service delivery.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, staff, and external partners.
