Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Operations Director to join our team, covering our sites predominantly throughout Scotland and North England.
Job Summary:The Operations Director will be responsible for creating a culture of excellent customer experience within their community, ensuring legal and company compliance, and creating a platform for financial growth. They will also be accountable for building and maintaining external relationships with senior clients, overseeing operations management, and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Accountable for creating a culture of excellent customer experience within their community
- Accountable for ensuring legal and company compliance within strategic area of responsibility
- Accountable for creating a platform for financial growth, exceeding financial targets
- Accountable for building and proactively maintaining external relationships with senior clients to exceed client expectations
- Oversee Operations Management function within area of responsibility
- Accountable for overseeing recruitment, support, training and development of operations team
- Support the sales team with site visits, sales presentations, and ensuring bids are operationally sound
- Extensive experience in contract catering, within a multi-site, senior management role
- Experience within the Business & Industry environment is desired
- A proven track record of successfully building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to demonstrate experience in leading, inspiring, and motivating a large and diverse team
