Front of House Coordinator Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Front of House Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library in Central London. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and providing administrative support to the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking primary responsibility for switchboard and assisting with the smooth efficient running of reception and conference rooms.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. Deliver professional greetings to members, clients, and visitors, establishing good working relationships.
  3. Answer incoming calls to the chambers' switchboard in a polite, efficient, and effective manner.
  4. Raise details of incoming calls and provide comprehensive information when transferring calls.
  5. Manage couriers and log deliveries.
  6. Monitor the chambers' security system and issue security key fobs.
  7. Book conference calls and taxis as required.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Receptionist & Administrator roles.
  2. Exceptional customer service skills to welcome and direct arrivals professionally.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite.
