Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Manager - Commercial Product Sales to join our team in the South East region. As a key member of our Commercial Product Sales team, you will play a crucial role in maximizing market share and sales through relationships with regional contractors and value creation of opportunities and winning projects with key merchants. You will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience and providing a competitive advantage within the Commercial HVAC market for Baxi.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong technical skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and a deep understanding of the Commercial HVAC market. You should have a proven track record of delivering results-driven sales strategies and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will need to have a solid understanding of CAD/BIM objects, technical reports, regulations, test certification, installation guides, pricing, and availability.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive 25 days' holiday in addition to standard UK Bank holidays, income protection, a contributory pension, maternity, paternity sick pay schemes, staff discounts, and more.
