Key Account Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts in the audiology sector, selling a range of high-quality hearing instruments to key account audiology retail stores.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the audiology sector
- Sell a range of high-quality hearing instruments to key account audiology retail stores
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with audiologists, hearing aid dispensers, and store managers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives
**Requirements**
- Either sales experience within a healthcare-related industry (e.g. optical, dental, pharmaceuticals) or an audiologist/hearing aid dispenser looking to move into sales
- A passion and aptitude for selling technical products
- Able to travel and spend occasional nights away from home
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills
**Benefits**
- £40,000 basic salary with performance-related bonus of 30% of base salary
- 10% pension
- Fully expensed company car, fuel card
- 26 days annual leave + stats
