**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the audiology sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with audiologists, hearing aid dispensers, and store managers
- Sell a range of high-quality hearing instruments to key account audiology retail stores
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

BMS Performance is a leading manufacturer of high-quality audiology devices. We are a global organization with a strong reputation for quality and customer service. Our company culture is built on a passion for innovation and a commitment to helping people improve their hearing.
**Requirements**
- Either sales experience within a healthcare-related industry (e.g. optical, dental, pharmaceuticals)
- OR an audiologist / hearing aid dispenser looking to move into sales
- A passion and aptitude for selling technical products
- Able to travel and spend the occasional night away
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills
**What We Offer**
- £40,000 basic salary with performance-related bonus of 30% of base salary
- 10% pension
- Fully expensed company car, fuel card
- 26 days annual leave + stats
