**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the audiology sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with audiologists, hearing aid dispensers, and store managers
  • Sell a range of high-quality hearing instruments to key account audiology retail stores
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

**About the Company**

BMS Performance is a leading manufacturer of high-quality audiology devices. We are a global organization with a strong reputation for quality and customer service. Our company culture is built on a passion for innovation and a commitment to helping people improve their hearing.

**Requirements**

  • Either sales experience within a healthcare-related industry (e.g. optical, dental, pharmaceuticals)
  • OR an audiologist / hearing aid dispenser looking to move into sales
  • A passion and aptitude for selling technical products
  • Able to travel and spend the occasional night away
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills

**What We Offer**

  • £40,000 basic salary with performance-related bonus of 30% of base salary
  • 10% pension
  • Fully expensed company car, fuel card
  • 26 days annual leave + stats
