We are seeking experienced pharmacists to join our dynamic team in Cumbria. These are ward-based/clinical roles within a hospital setting, offering an exciting opportunity to work directly with patients and multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care.

Clinical Pharmacy Services

  • Work directly on hospital wards, providing clinical pharmacy services to support patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and advising on medication therapy to ensure the safe and effective use of drugs for patients.
  • Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient treatment.
  • Providing advice to patients and staff on medication management, side effects, and proper usage.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting, with roles available for Band 6 and Band 7 pharmacists.
  • A registered pharmacist qualification with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
