Main Responsibilities



  • To provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • To lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • To contribute to the development of clinical policies and guidelines, ensuring that they are evidence-based and aligned with best practice.
  • To participate in teaching and training activities, sharing your knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
  • To engage with patients and families, providing emotional support and helping them to navigate the healthcare system.


Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A strong background in emergency medicine, with experience in leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with patients, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, prioritizing patient needs and safety.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices.
  • Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies and data analysis tools.
