About the Opportunity

Hammersmith & Fulham Council is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Fostering Recruitment Hub Enquiry Officer. This position plays a crucial part in supporting foster carer recruitment across eight Local Authorities in West London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing public enquiries about fostering, providing detailed information and guiding prospective carers through their journey. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for transforming the lives of children and families.

Job Requirements

  • Enquiry Management: Handle public queries about fostering by phone, face-to-face, and digitally, providing detailed information and guiding prospective carers through their journey.
  • Event Coordination: Organise and facilitate fostering recruitment events across West London to engage and inspire communities.
  • Recruitment Campaigns: Collaborate with fostering teams, marketing officers, and local partners to design and implement targeted strategies.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is £41,600 based on a 37-hour workweek at £20 per hour PAYE. In addition to a competitive salary, the role offers a range of benefits, including remote work options and regular training days.
