Job Title: Foster Care Recruitment Specialist

Salary: £17,306.30 per annum, plus £450 home working allowance per annum.

We are seeking a highly skilled Foster Care Recruitment Specialist to join our team in North and East London, Hertfordshire and Essex. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with carers locally, establishing community hubs to provide peer support, training and development, and organising social and wellbeing events.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable organisation that prioritises the needs of children and carers. You will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people and their families, while also contributing to the growth and development of our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with volunteers/community based organisations/youth work, excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as effective marketing and recruitment practices. They will also possess excellent relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to plan, progress and review tasks and projects over time.
