**Job Title:** Foster Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Foster Care Specialist to join our team at SW Locums. As a Foster Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in assessing social workers to recruit new foster carers and completing Connected Carers and Special Guardianship Assessments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. You will be responsible for managing a case load of Post SGO order support cases and actively participating in marketing and other fostering campaigns.

As a Foster Care Specialist, you will also facilitate Skills to Foster Course and Information Sessions, providing valuable support and guidance to individuals and families involved in the fostering process.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
