Foster care recruitment is a crucial aspect of ensuring that children in need receive the best possible support. As a Foster Carer Recruitment Specialist at TACT (The Adolescent & Children's Trust), you will be responsible for building relationships with carers locally, establishing community hubs to provide peer support, training and development, and organising social and wellbeing events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and recruitment strategies to attract new foster carers.
  • Build strong relationships with existing carers, providing them with support and resources to help them thrive in their roles.
  • Organise regular social and wellbeing events for carers, helping to reduce feelings of isolation and increase their sense of connection to the wider fostering community.
