Job Description:

The Senior Supervising Social Worker role at TACT offers a unique opportunity to work with foster families in Devon or Somerset, with occasional travel to Bristol. This position is ideal for an experienced social worker looking to develop their skills in supervising and supporting foster carers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support foster families to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide a therapeutic and trauma-informed approach
  • Develop and deliver training programs to foster carers and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience in fostering or childcare
  • Up-to-date registration with Social Work England
  • Experience in group work and training delivery
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
Salary and Benefits:

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a benefits package, flexible working, and a wellbeing program.
