As a member of our Financial Support team, you will play a crucial role in helping customers experiencing financial difficulty. Your primary responsibility will be to undertake customer queries via telephony, email, and live chat.

Your Objectives:

  • Ensure all customer contact is conducted to the highest standard, with quality monitoring results consistently achieved to evidence good customer outcomes.
  • Adhere to process and policy requirements, highlighting areas for improvement to management.
  • Support customers by assessing interactions against Lendable's quality assurance scorecard and delivering meaningful responses.
  • Identify opportunities for product and process improvement to better serve customers, escalating potential risks as needed.
  • Collaborate with other Operations teams to meet operational performance goals.
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets to ensure delivery of key business outcomes.
