We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join Lendable Ltd's Financial Support team.
">About the RoleLendable Ltd's Financial Support team is accountable for collaborating with customers who are experiencing financial hardship and struggling to fulfill their contractual payments. Our primary objective is to interact with customers to understand their circumstances, ensuring we can provide a solution that is both affordable and sustainable, and meets their unique needs.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for undertaking customer inquiries via telephony, email, and live chat, as well as collaborating with Team Lead to develop processes and procedures that drive good customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake customer inquiries to understand their financial situations and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with Team Lead to create efficient processes for resolving customer issues
- Maintain high-quality standards by consistently delivering exceptional customer interactions
The estimated salary for this role is $62,500, depending on location and experience.
