Job Summary

This Purchasing and Credit Control Specialist role is available in a dynamic client based in Newbury, Berkshire. The successful candidate will manage purchase invoices, credit control, and finance tasks, working closely with the finance team.

Key Accountabilities
  • Purchase Invoice Processing: Create new suppliers, input purchase invoices, and manage the purchase ledger.
  • Credit Control and Debt Recovery: Monitor debtor accounts, perform regular reconciliations, and implement effective credit control measures.
  • Payment and Remittance: Set up payment runs, send remittance advices, and process supplier payments.
  • Expense and Bank Reconciliation: Process employee expenses, credit card, and fuel card expenses, and conduct regular bank reconciliations.
Person Specification

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable, and an AAT qualification or studying. Knowledge of XERO is desirable. We offer a competitive salary, growth opportunities, and free on-site parking.
