**What you’ll do**
- Requesting and organising the details/resources needed for different projects for the business across all segments, including but not limited to:

- Mapping out all the requirements for each campaign (assets sizes and formats, copy, etc.) and the teams/agencies that will provide them and collating into a campaign deck to present to key stakeholders
- Request copy for the campaign and the different channels
- Request asset creation and approvals
- Working with the data and insights team to incorporate relevant insight to guide planning, audience segmentation and decision making
- Request plans/forecasts and after-launch campaign reviews
- Request and align on price changes for the BAU activities
- Keep all campaigns organised in the right folders and planners to allow activation and reporting to do their job effectively
- Coordinate and execute defined marketing NPIs and seasonal launches
- Work closely with the central Planning Manager to ensure team are aligned with the commerical marketing plan and have strategies and plans in place ready for activation
- Bring all the campaign details that the campaign managers need to execute and manage the campaigns and track the campaigns against plans
- Key point of contact with other Vodafone Business teams such as Creative, Digital, Group, Content, Commercial, VOIS. Work alongside the Partnerships team to collaborate with external teams such as Samsung and Apple
- Budget management and financial administration for the Brand and Media team, tracking spend and purchase orders (POs), dealing with finance and supplier management. Monthly forecasting and reporting against targets
- Centralise the PO management: creation of purchase order per channels, goods receipt them monthly and report to finance
- Creativity, experience and insight will be key to improve pre-existing assets to create more compelling campaigns, perform A/B tests, integrating different channels and assets, and you will be willing to go the extra mile to drive awareness, consideration, online traffic, calls and conversions
- Support Business Brand and Media team in growing awareness, consideration and acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end process of campaign asset delivery and approvals
